The Lincoln 1180-FB3G express conveyor oven has a temperature range of 250 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit in order to cook myriad products. It has three decks, each featuring an 18-inch-wide conveyor belt for pizzas and other large food products. Because the units stack together, their footprint is limited and works in favor of kitchens with space constraints.
Using FastBake technology, the oven offers increased cooking cycle speed with minimal quality loss and noise production. Its digital controls enable modifications to settings such as temperature, cycle length, and conveyor belt speed. These settings can be locked to discourage unwanted alterations.
