Good for pizzerias and chain outlets, the Lincoln 1180-FB1E express conveyor oven cooks food quickly and efficiently so staff can keep pace with high volumes. It uses impingement air jets to heat the cooking chamber, boosting output rates and taking less time than a convection-based oven. The temperature range is 250 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit, a significant range that’s suitable for cooking many types of foods.
The oven has an 18-inch-wide belt, so it can be used to prepare groups of small items as well as large product. Its side loading door is glass, enabling foodservice staff to place food directly into the oven and monitor its progress while cooking. Digital controls on the oven optimize its accuracy. This Lincoln 1180-FB1E restaurant conveyor oven can be moved around the kitchen at will on its mounted casters.
