Great for office events or hotel lobbies, the Lakeside 6850 GRSAN breakout dining station measures 87¹/₄ inches wide by 32¹/₂ inches deep by 38 inches high overall. Its 83¹/₂-inch-wide by 30¹/₂-inch-deep top features two 16³/_{8/sub>-inch-wide by 30¹/2-inch-deep drop leaves secured in place with rigid swing-out supports. Its medium-density fiberboard top is finished with a water- and stain-resistant black laminate for a neutral backdrop when displaying bagels, muffins, hors d’oeuvres, pastries, or airpots. To reduce the risk of contents falling off the display area, a stainless steel rail encases three sides of the top, and when the unit needs to be transported or converted into a bistro table, the drop leaves can be folded down.}

To contrast the dark-hued top, the Lakeside 6850 GRSAN mobile dining station’s base features a gray-sand laminate. Guests can retrieve plates and bowls from the convenient, open user-facing dish compartment. On the serving side, two interior compartments are built into the base. Both compartments include one laminate shelf that can be raised or lowered to accommodate various supplies and equipment, while one compartment is built with five sets of stainless steel pan ledges. A recessed stainless steel base panel encases three sides of the unit to conceal the four 4-inch-diameter casters. These casters feature non-marking cushion-tread wheels to protect the floor, and two of the casters are fixed for stability.
