Its stainless steel construction is easy to clean and sanitize, and each shelf measures 62 inches by 28 inches with a rigid, solid surface. Furnished with 8-inch fixed and swivel casters, this 67-inch-wide by 303/4-inch-deep by 643/4-inch-high unit can be moved throughout a banquet hall or catering event. For high-volume applications, it holds a maximum of 1,000 pounds.
