Lakeside 2080 RMAP Description
The Lakeside 2080 RMAP mobile cooking cart’s exterior sports a red-maple laminate for a natural wood look. It has a ceramic glass cooking surface with three flameless induction burners that remain cool to the touch during use to minimize injury risks. Its top, sides, and interior shelf are made of stainless steel for a durable, simple-to-clean construction.
To monitor and adjust cooking and holding temperatures, the Lakeside 2080 RMAP cooking station has an LED power-level indicator and cooking controls mounted above its cabinet doors. These two hinged doors are made of high-density resin particle board and are laminated to match the rest of the unit. For simple transport, it sits on 5-inch-diameter swivel casters; two of these casters lock for stationary placement. Overall, this unit measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 351/2 inches tall and doesn’t include a filtration system.
