For safe, efficient cooking, the Lakeside 2075 VCHER mobile cooking cart’s two induction stoves use electromagnetism to heat induction-ready cookware. This eliminates flames during cooking, and its ceramic glass surface remains cool to the touch throughout cooking. Staff can adjust each stove’s temperature from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the cooking controls, while LED power-level indicators display both stove’s heat. Its built-in downdraft air filtration unit features intake vents on the cooking surface’s back, while its three-stage exhaust filtration system features grease/particulates, smoke/fine particle, and gas/odor removal stages. For enhanced filter accessibility when maintenance is required, it’s positioned on a pull-out glide mechanism.

The Lakeside 2075 VCHER cooking station measures 34 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 41 inches tall and sports an open, unimpeded view of the cooking surface to accommodate cooking demos and other interactive cooking setups. While its top and sides are made of resilient, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, its two base doors are made of high-density resin particle board. Both the exterior and the doors are finished with a Victorian-cherry laminate to elevate the unit’s presentation while matching upscale settings. Condiments, napkins, utensils, or dinnerware can be stored on the interior 18-gauge stainless steel shelf. For smooth mobility, this unit is positioned on 5-inch swivel casters. Two of these casters include brakes for stability during use, and all casters feature non-marking tires to protect the floor.
