Ideal for demonstration cooking, the Lakeside 2075 RMAP Creation Express mobile cooking station features two induction stoves that cook without a flame and remain cool to the touch. Because of their electromagnetic quality, these safe, efficient stoves only work with induction-ready cookware. Staff can adjust temperatures from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the cooking controls, while the LED power-level indicators provide a readout of each stove’s heat level. This unit includes one downdraft filtration system with intake vents mounted to the back of the cooking surface. Its three-stage exhaust filtration system eradicates grease, particulates, smoke, gas, or odor, and to simplify maintenance, the filter is positioned on a pull-out glide mechanism.

The Lakeside 2075 RMAP cooking cart measures 34 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches high for a comfortable working height. Its unimpeded configuration lends customers a full view of the cooking surface to accommodate interactive cooking events. For lasting durability, its cooking surface is made of ceramic glass, while its top and sides are rugged stainless steel. Its base is fitted with two hinged, high-density resin particle board doors that conceal its storage space, and to enhance the cart’s presentation in decorative settings, its exterior and doors are finished with a red-maple laminate. Napkins, condiments, utensils, and additional supplies can be stored on the welded 18-gauge stainless steel interior shelf. So the unit can be moved to different areas, its four 5-inch casters roll smoothly, and to protect flooring from scrapes and scuffs, they’re non-marking. Two of these casters are fitted with brakes to secure the unit in place during use.
