Ideal for cafeterias, dining halls, or healthcare facilities with an established color scheme, the Lakeside 2075 GRN Creation Express cooking station sports a green laminate exterior. This 34-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 41-inch-tall unit is built with a 16-gauge stainless steel top and 18-gauge stainless steel sides; both metals resists wear, rust, and corrosion and are durable enough to endure high-volume use. To keep condiments, silverware, dinnerware, and other supplies within reach, the base includes one 18-gauge shelf. Two doors made of high-density resin particle board encase the base for a concealed, clean appearance, and for smooth transportation, it’s fitted with 5-inch heavy-duty swivel casters with non-marking tires. Two of these casters include brakes that can secure the unit in place as employees prepare food.

The Lakeside 2075 GRN mobile cooking cart’s ceramic glass cooking surface is comprised of two infrared stoves. By using electromagnetism, these stoves eliminate potentially dangerous flames and remain cool to the touch during cooking. Staff can adjust cooking settings with the LED cooking controls positioned above the doors on the cabinet’s side. To eliminate smoke, fine particles, grease, and gas or odors, it’s built with a downdraft air filtration unit with intake vents mounted to the back of the cooking surface. So staff can easily perform maintenance, the filtration system is mounted on a pull-out glide mechanism.
