Lakeside 2075 BGESUE 40 1/2″ High Mobile Cooking Cart w/ 2 Induction Stove, Beige Suede

To attract customers in cafeterias, dining halls, hotels, or grocery stores, the Lakeside 2075 BGESUE Creation Express mobile cooking cart creates an interactive cooking experience. Its ceramic glass surface is built with two flameless induction stoves that remain cool to the touch for safe, efficient cooking. Cooking controls let users conveniently adjust temperature between 90 and 440 degrees Fahrenheit, and this unit features one built-in downdraft air filtration unit with intake vents located on the back of the cooking surface. To maintain a clean environment, this unit includes a three-stage exhaust filtration system with grease/particulate, smoke/fine particle, and gas/odor removal stages. To ease filter maintenance, it’s mounted on a pull-out glide mechanism.

While the Lakeside 2075 BGESUE cooking station sports a stainless steel body to withstand high-volume use, the doors are made of high-resin particle board. To complement an array of decorative themes, it’s finished with a beige-suede laminate exterior. This unit measures 34 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches high overall and is positioned on heavy-duty 5-inch all-swivel casters featuring non-marking tires. When the cabinet needs to be secured in place, two of the casters can be locked. Spices, sauces, condiments, or other supplies can be stored on the 18-gauge stainless steel shelf welded into the base’s interior.
