It is created to endure the everyday stress of the commercial kitchen environment, to protect your long term investment and guarantee superior food preservation. It is made from durable stainless steel interior/exterior but the Insulation is foamed-in place high-density polyurethane insulted body and CFC-free. It has Digital Temperature Display to ensure the temperature is set at a consistent range. Can hold up to 12 (Hotel Pans) with 4 drawers (21.4 cubic ft).
