The Kolpak KF7-0810-FR Kold-Front indoor walk-in freezer has an expansion valve refrigeration system that regulates refrigerant. Unlike capillary tubes, this valve can accelerate the refrigerant flow to quickly lower storage temperatures. The unit is designed to run at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, and its current temperature can be checked on the dial thermometer. Because the refrigeration system is remote, users can install it in another room or outside of the building. This setup eliminates the need for extra-high ceilings, and if installed outside, the unit will not fill the building with heat and noise.

Straightforward to assemble, this Kolpak KF7-0810-FR walk-in freezer is built from insulated, 4-inch-thick panels. Its walls and ceiling have rust-resistant galvalume surfaces, while the floor panels are made of sturdy aluminum. To seal cold air inside, cam locks and gaskets create airtight panel connections, and an additional gasket seals in gaps around the door, increasing energy efficiency. Preventing large temperature changes, the door closes automatically behind users, while LED lighting illuminates the space so they can quickly grab the ingredients they need. From the inside, a release mechanism opens the door to let users out. After hours, staff members can secure the unit with its keyed lock.
