The cast aluminum control knobs include heat protection grips to protect users hands, while a large 5″ landing edge provides a convenient place to plate food. Complete with 4″ adjustable stainless steel legs, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
