It operates with thermostatic control, ensuring precise temperature control with reduced fluctuations.

Made of 1-inch-thick polished steel, the IKON ITG-12E electric griddle’s cooking plate is durable enough for high-use situations and resists buckling, warping, or cracking from frequent use at high temperatures. Its electrical connection is designed to be hard wired for built-in use and operates at 208 volts. This unit features an integrated grease drawer to contain melted fat and has a 4-inch-wide grease trough that eases scraping and cleaning. For stability, the griddle stands on 4-inch adjustable legs.
