Producing as much as 994 pounds of ice per day in ideal conditions, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1137FW ice machine head can keep up with high-volume demand. It’s protected with an antimicrobial agent that inhibits the formation of bacteria, mold, and mildew to optimize sanitation and reduce germ spread. This unit is water cooled and features a self-contained condenser to streamline the installation process.
To promote regular, thorough cleaning, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1137FW full-cube ice maker features one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling as well as dishwasher-safe components in the food zone. It discharges air from the top and side, reducing the risk of exhaust obstruction and maximizing installation possibilities. Operators can keep a close eye on the unit’s status with an LED display that provides operational updates.
