Suitable for high-volume operations, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1136H half-cube ice maker can produce a maximum of 968 pounds of ice per day in ideal environmental conditions. It produces half-size cubes, a type that is ideal for chilling sodas, cocktails, iced tea, and lemonade. To inhibit the growth of unsanitary mold, mildew, and bacteria, it’s protected with antimicrobial PURE ICE. Because this unit’s condenser is self-contained, it’s quick and simple to install.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136H ice machine head utilizes a dual-exhaust system to discharge air from the top and the side, enabling installation flexibility and reducing the risk of obstruction. One-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling simplify cleaning, and an LED display facilitates constant monitoring. This unit is water cooled and uses R404A refrigerant.
