The Ice-O-Matic CIM0636HA/B1300-48 ice maker/bin combo is designed with a dual-exhaust system that discharges air from the top as well as the side, enabling installation flexibility and reducing the risk of overheating. It features one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling, and the food zone components can be safely cleaned in a dishmachine. To inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria, it’s treated with PURE ICE, an antimicrobial agent.
To ensure consistent freshness, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0636HA/B1300-48 ice machine’s included bin utilizes a first-in, first-out ice management system. Suitable for high-volume use, it can accommodate as much as 1,320 pounds and is constructed of rugged, long-lasting stainless steel. Its polyethylene liner won’t harbor bacteria and can be easily wiped clean to ensure optimal sanitation.
