Made with a smooth interior plastic foodzone, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0636FA/B1000-48 ice cube maker with bin doesn’t harbor the growth of microbes such as bacteria, mold spores, or mildew. Its maximum production capacity is 600 pounds of full-cube ice every 24 hours, as long as ideal ambient conditions are met, and its bin can store 1,000 pounds of prepared ice. The bin is stainless steel to withstand intensive use without rust or dents and features a design that ensures first-in, first-out ice rotation to keep product fresh.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0636FA/B1000-48 ice machine with bin produces full-cube ice, a type of ice that’s good for chilling beverages without quickly watering them down. Due to the size and shape of the ice cubes, they melt slower than nugget or half-cube ice. These are perfect to chill liquid beverages, though not the best choice to blend into frozen products, such as smoothies. Inside the bin, a moisture-resistant poly liner contains the ice without succumbing to corrosion like an aluminum liner could.
