Since the unit is designed with dual exhaust technology, it can discharge hot air from the top or side, which increases your installation options. The Universal Smart Harness control board simplifies installation and servicing with digital diagnostics, better access, and universal components.

The plastic food zone has Agion antimicrobial protection built in to slow the growth of bacteria. This area has no crevices, so it can be easily wiped down, and has components that snap in and out of place so they can be cleaned and sanitized in commercial dishmachines.
