Designed for use in venues with restricted space, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0320HA/B1325-60 modular ice machine head with bin is compact and has a self-contained condenser that doesn’t require additional parts or equipment to set up. It produces as much as 313 pounds of ice each day in ideal conditions, while the bin provides storage for 1,325 pounds of half-size ice cubes. Half-size cubes are good for locations that sell a high volume of chilled beverages each day; these cubes are large enough to slow the melting process but small enough to fit closely together in a glass for optimal product displacement.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0320HA/B1325-60 half-cube ice maker with bin is air-cooled, meaning it uses less water than a water-cooled model and doesn’t require extra water input and output lines for the condenser to operate. For streamlined calibration and maintenance, this unit features a Universal Smart Harness control board that ensures uniform setup and function in all Universal Smart Harness machines. For improved heat dispersal, the ice machine has a dual exhaust system that outputs hot air to the top and side of the machine simultaneously.
