Hatco MCG20GS-208-QS Double Commercial Panini Press w/ Cast Iron Grooved & Smooth Plates

To enable preparation of multiple items at once, the Hatco MCG20GS-208-QS double panini press has dual top plates that are grooved and can be operated independently of each other. The lower plate is smooth to create an even cooking surface. All the plates are removable and made of enamel-coated cast iron so they can be placed in the dishwasher. When the press is on, power and temperature status indicator lights advertise when it’s heated up, and its thermostatic temperature controls enable precise adjustments.

To reduce the risk of spills, the Hatco MCG20GS-208-QS double panini press has a removable drip tray with built-in handles to provide a secure grip for users. Designed for high-volume use, this press has a durable frame made of stainless steel to resist warping and sagging over time. It operates within a temperature range of 120 to 570 degrees and can accept products as thick as 2.75 inches; this press is useful for many applications, such as warming quesadillas, grilling burritos, and cooking thick cuts of meat.
