It’s large enough to accommodate a full-size pan and has an angled interior wall design that ensures the pan is surrounded on all sides with cold air. Made of stainless steel, the pan resists corrosion and scuff marks during heavy-duty use.

The Hatco IWB-1 drop-in cold food unit is built with a 1-inch NPT drain made of brass for increased leak resistance. To streamline drainage, a false bottom accessory creates space between stored ice and the unit’s drain, ensuring the drain doesn’t become blocked. This drop-in well is compatible with pan dividers to hold multiple fractional pans, and it makes a good choice for salad bars, cold drink stations, and chilled buffets.
