Hatco HWBRT-4QTD 4 qt Drop In Soup Warmer w/ Thermostatic Controls

For low-volume holding, this Hatco HWBRT-4QTD drop-in soup warmer has a 4-quart capacity, and its metal-sheathed heating element generates heat to hold prepared soup, stews, chilis, and sauces at safe serving temperature for hours. Users can set temperatures with the thermostatic control dial, and the thermostat monitors real-time temperatures, adding or reducing heat to ensure contents remain at set temperatures throughout holding. Because its power switch illuminates during use, operators can quickly gauge when the unit is on for safety. This control panel can be simply accessed for maintenance because it lacks an enclosure.

Intended for installation in specifically designed steam tables, the Hatco HWBRT-4QTD circular heated well measures 8.34 inches in diameter by 10.62 inches high and can be installed into a countertop cutout between 7.13 and 7.56 inches in diameter. EZ locking hardware is included to expedite setup. This aluminized and stainless steel unit resists corrosion and wear from daily use and can be wiped clean. To remove leftover water after wet operation, its base includes a ³/₄-inch NPT drain.
