For low-volume holding, this Hatco HWBRT-4QT drop-in soup warmer accommodates 4 quarts of soup, sauce, broth, or stew. Its metal-sheathed heating element generates enough heat to ensure contents remain at safe serving temperatures for extended periods. Users can set temperatures with the thermostatic control’s temperature dial, and the thermostat monitors actual product temperatures to ensure they’re held within the intended range. If contents fall below or rise above this temperature range, it automatically adds or reduces heat.

For a cohesive look alongside other buffet line or steam table equipment, the Hatco HWBRT-4QT heated well is a top-mounted, drop-in unit that can be installed into a countertop cutout from 7.13 to 7.56 inches in diameter. Its aluminized and stainless steel construction resists corrosion and wear from frequent use and is simple to wipe clean. Its thermostatic control panel is attached to 36-inch-long lead cords to enable remote installation into a 2.13-inch-wide by 3.38-inch-high cutout.
