For installation in a non-combustible countertop cutout between 11.13 and 11.56 inches in diameter, the Hatco HWBRN-11QT soup warmer measures 12.31 inches in diameter by 9.59 inches high overall. It accommodates 11 quarts of stew, sauce, broth, or chili-ideal for buffet and cafeteria-style environments. To simplify cleaning, this unit is built with a drain, and operators can use the infinite temperature controls to adjust the heat levels.
As a fabricator component, the Hatco HWBRN-11QT heated well is designed for incorporation into a steam table configuration. It includes EZ locking hardware to expedite this installation process and 36-inch leads for connecting the control panel. Because it’s constructed of stainless steel, this simple-to-clean unit withstands high-volume use without rusting or corroding.
