The Hatco HDW-2B built-in warming drawer features two drawers with completely independent operation to give you maximum flexibility in how you use your unit. Each drawer is individually insulated and has its own thermostatic controls, temperature monitor, and on/off switch. Since each drawer has sliding vents, they are able to hold a variety of different kinds of foods. This warming drawer unit is made of stainless steel, making it durable and easy to clean. The drawers on the Hatco HDW-2B built-in warming drawer are on Hatco-exclusive nylon rollers that make the drawers slide easily.
