Temperature is adjusted using the dial, and because the power switch is separate, the warmer can automatically heat to the same set temperature each time it is turned on. This Hatco HWBH-7QT drop-in soup warmer can be installed in noncombustible countertops with its EZ locking hardware. For combustible countertops, a mounting kit must be purchased separately. Elements and thermostats are accessible on this unit for efficient maintenance.
