Hatco HDW-4 29.5″W Freestanding Warming Drawer w/ (4) 21.5″ Compartments

A 12.75-inch by 20.75-inch by 6-inch food pan can be placed in each of the Hatco HDW-4 freestanding drawer warmer’s four drawers. These heavy-duty drawers open and close smoothly on nylon rollers, and their standard widths enable operators to insert and remove full-size pans with ease. This warming system measures 29.50 inches wide by 22.63 inches deep by 41.38 inches high and is furnished with 6-inch legs. Built to last in commercial settings, this stainless steel unit resists rust, corrosion, and wear, and it can be wiped clean easily.

All the Hatco HDW-4 drawer warmer’s drawers have individual thermostatic controls, so various foods can be held simultaneously in appropriate temperatures. Temperature monitors display each cabinet’s internal temperature, and operators can power the unit on and off with a simple switch. The cavities’ top, bottom, and sides are insulated to preserve temperatures in various ambient environments, and each drawer includes adjustable sliding vents to improve airflow.
