This Hatco HDW-3BN warming drawer unit is divided into three drawers, sporting a narrow configuration that measures 20.58 inches wide by 29.16 inches deep by 31.14 inches high. To save floorspace, it can be installed in a 19.70-inch-wide by 28.38-inch-deep by 30.75-inch-high wall cutout. Its stainless steel exterior, interior, and assembly resist rust, corrosion, and frequent use, and all three drawers are furnished with stainless steel drawer slides and nylon rollers for smooth opening and closing.
Each drawer in the Hatco HDW-3BN drawer warmer accommodates a 20.75-inch by 12.75-inch by 6-inch pan, and three full-size pans are included with the unit. Because the drawers can fully extend, these pans can be inserted and removed with ease. As holding requirements change, operators can adjust the drawer temperatures with their correlating thermostatic controls. While temperature monitors provide an accurate readout, the drawers’ fully insulated designs preserve heat in cool settings. Each drawer features a sliding vent that can be adjusted to control airflow and moisture levels.
