It’s fully insulated to retain warm air and features adjustable sliding vents on each drawer to release excess moisture and maintain food quality over extended periods. This unit is ideal for residential homes, medical facilities, and dining halls, holding bulk batches of meat, vegetables, and dinner rolls prior to service.

To ease operation and withstand repeated opening and closing, the Hatco HDW-2BN warming unit’s drawers are designed with heavy-duty drawer slides and nylon rollers. Each drawer features individual thermostatic controls-recessed to prevent accidental adjustment or damage. Overall, this narrow, built-in model measures 19.46 inches wide by 27.97 inches deep by 21.04 inches high.
