With a hard-coated aluminum construction, the Hatco HCSBF-36-F heating and cooling shelf is durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to clean. It features a thermal break that reduces condensation and temperature transfer to adjacent surfaces. For precise adjustment, it features an attached control box with electronic temperature controls.

As a built-in, flush-top model, the Hatco HCSBF-36-F hot/cold shelf is designed for installation in a countertop cutout and measures 37.5 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 10.1 inches high overall. It’s a combination cooling and heating unit, able to switch between modes in 30 minutes for versatile holding needs. For access to the condenser to expedite service, this unit is equipped with a long, flexible refrigerant line.
