As a built-in, flush-top model, the Hatco HCSBF-24-F hot/cold shelf is designed for installation in a countertop cutout and measures 25.5 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 10.1 inches high overall. It’s a combination heating and cooling unit, able to switch between modes in 30 minutes for versatile holding needs. For precise adjustment, it features an attached control box with electronic temperature controls.

Made of hard-coated aluminum, the Hatco HCSBF-24-F shelf is durable, simple to clean, and corrosion-resistant. It features a thermal break that reduces condensation and temperature transfer to adjacent surfaces. For access to the condenser to streamline maintenance, this unit is equipped with a long, flexible refrigerant line.
