To keep food pans, pizzas, and to-go orders warm and ready to serve, the Hatco GRSBF-30-O Glo-Ray built-in heated shelf’s thermostatically controlled surface can maintain temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type foil heating element disperses warmth evenly across the hard-coated aluminum surface, and these temperatures can be set to specific level on the adjustable thermostat. To preserve generated heat, fiberglass insulation retains warmth near the unit’s surface, and its simple power switch glows during use so employees can determine if the unit is on at a glance.

This Hatco GRSBF-30-O built-in heated shelf measures 31.50 inches wide by 31.50 inches deep by 2.25 inches tall, featuring a 0.75-inch flanged edge that enables installation into countertop cutouts as large as 30.75 inches wide by 30.75 inches deep. To expedite and ease installation, it includes mounting brackets. Its flush, aluminum surface establishes a sleek, streamlined look that doesn’t overwhelm existing service stations. This aluminum metal top resists corrosion and can be wiped clean between uses.
