Its top is made of stainless steel-a durable, easy-to-clean metal that resists rust and corrosion-and for further corrosion resistance, this unit features an extruded aluminum base.

For uniform heat distribution, the Hatco GRS-72-J warming shelf features a blanket-type heating element, while fiberglass insulation preserves the generated temperatures. The surface temperature can be set to a level between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with its adjustable thermostat. This unit is ideal for food warming applications in medical settings, back-of-house work stations, and buffet-style restaurants.
