The Hatco GRS-54-I heated shelf features a stainless steel top and extruded aluminum base that resist corrosion and streamline cleaning. This freestanding unit is positioned on 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that prevent slipping on countertops, and it measures 54 inches wide by 19.50 inches deep by 5.38 inches high.

Compatible with various food holding requirements, the Hatco GRS-54-I warming shelf’s temperature can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat. To distribute heat evenly, it’s designed with a blanket-type element, while its fiberglass insulation preserves generated heat. This unit accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans.
