Great for pass-thru areas and buffet lines, the Hatco GRS-30-K Glo-Ray heated shelf is 30 inches wide and 23.5 inches deep. Its blanket-type heating element is designed to evenly distribute heat across the entire surface, and using the thermostat, the operator can adjust the temperature to accommodate different foods. Insulation is integrated into the unit, keeping heat around the stainless steel top surface, while the rest of the unit is made of extruded aluminum-a durable material that resists corrosion. Elevated off countertops, this unit has adjustable legs with nonslip feet to reduce movement while food is on the shelf.
