A 5-cup water reservoir generates the humidity required to preserve the textures of foods stored on the lower shelf. The 22.75-inch-wide by 12.37-inch-deep top shelf and 22.75-inch-wide by 15.62-inch-deep bottom shelf can hold two half-size food pans, and for simple one-touch operation, a master rocker switch powers the unit on and off.

To protect displayed items from contaminants while providing a full of the Hatco GRCMW-1DH merchandising warmer’s cabinet, its curved front features a transparent side glass enclosure, lower-front polycarbonate access door, and upper sneeze guard. Xenon lighting illuminates the interior to improve presentation, while a back mirror glass panel creates a sleek, reflective look that doesn’t draw attention from the displayed contents.
