The Hatco GR2SDH-36D Glo-Ray Designer horizontal merchandising display warmer’s top-mounted infrared heating elements and heated aluminum bases ensure packaged rotisserie chicken, wrapped sandwiches, and boxed personal pizzas are warm when purchased. Infrared heaters implemented on each shelf direct pre-focused heat toward the shelves’ edges to minimize heat loss. To accommodate various holding requirements, the hard-coated aluminum shelf bases can be modified to generate temperatures between 185 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit via a thermostatic control. Together, these systems produce an ideal short-term holding environment.

Customers can access prepared foods from the Hatco GR2SDH-36D display warmer’s open front, and its open back provides a streamlined system for employees to load new items into the cabinet. The unit’s sides panels are transparent tempered glass, ensuring customers have a clear view into the cabinet’s interior. Each shelf includes seven product divider rods to organize and separate foods to improve presentation. The shelves’ black inset panels create a neutral backdrop, while the incandescent lights highlight the interior to grab customer attention. These shatterproof bulbs reduce the risk of breakage, which could impact food quality and unit function. Overall, this 42.25-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 29.05-inch-high unit is fitted with 4-inch legs and can be used on countertops in delis, cafeterias, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
