The Hatco FSDT-2 1201 Falv-R-Savor display cabinet has a 4-tier pan rack that is on a motor, allowing it to turn 360 degrees so food can be seen from all angles. The tempered glass door and sides are transparent so customers can easily see food options. The two large access doors are field reversible for convenience. This unit sits on the countertop and holds pizzas, fried foods, bakery items, and more; it accepts a pizza pan up to 19 inches in diameter.
Hot spots are prevented with the recovery heating system and temperature control. The 3/4-gallon stainless steel water reservoir keeps food moist, while the low water protection alerts you if the water is low and prevents the heating element from burning out. The Hatco FSDT-2 1201 Falv-R-Savor display cabinet has a front mounted water cup for easy refilling of the reservoir, while draining and cleaning is made simple with the inside mounted drain tube.
