Description
Hatco FR2-3B
The Hatco FR2-3B Hydro-Heater bain marie heater is equipped with electronic temperature controls that can be adjusted from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure bain maries and rethermalizers hold prepared foods at safe serving temperatures. Its digital display provides a readout for monitoring, while free-flow technology ensures the bain marie mounted above the heater warms efficiently. To prevent water from encountering heating elements-which could cause sediment and lime buildup- its spiral heating element is wrapped outside the tubular water chamber’s flow tube.
For durability, the Hatco FR2-3B bain marie heater has a stainless steel front that resists rust and corrosion, while its body is powder coated to resist chipping and peeling. Its drain outlet simplifies emptying and cleaning, and when water levels drop unexpectedly, its low-water cutoff mechanism turns the unit off to prevent damage. Designed for mounting beneath a bain marie or food rethermalizer, this unit measures 7.75 inches wide by 17.06 inches deep by 12.36 inches high.
