Hatco F2GB-3-A
The Hatco F2GB-3-A built-in food locker has three compartments with individual timers. Using the 10-inch touchscreen, customers can input their name and code, causing the appropriate locker to open and LED lights to flash to indicate the code was accepted. The cabinet maintains temperatures of 150 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and ensures food remains warm for as long as 45 minutes after placement. The hinged doors on the lockers are magnetically locked for security.
The heat in each of the Hatco F2GB-3-A heated food locker’s compartments can be shut off for ambient holding. Each locker measures 12 inches by 12 inches by 12 inches, and overall, the unit measures 60.93 inches wide by 14.64 inches deep by 19.95 inches high. As a built-in unit, it’s designed for installation in a wall so employees can access the lockers from the back of house. This system facilitates foodservice by eliminating wait times and minimizing tasks for employees.
