To streamline the food pickup process, the Hatco F2GB-23-A Flav-R 2-Go food locker system features six compartments that can store prepared orders. Each locker comes preset to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust the temperature as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure food is warm for pickup. The lockers have individual timers that ensure prepared foods are held for no longer than 45 minutes, and if the foods don’t need to be heated, users can turn off the heat to create an ambient storage space. To prevent heat loss and deter theft or tampering before food is picked up, the doors’ customer side remains locked. The compartments’ white interiors are treated with an antimicrobial coating that slows bacterial and fungal growth between cleanings.

To ensure customers retrieve the correct orders, operators can input a customer’s name and code into the Hatco F2GB-23-A food locker’s touchscreen, which is built into the operator side of the unit. Once customers receive the code, they can enter it into the customer-facing touchscreen to unlock their compartment; LED lights will flash inside the locker to indicate which compartment has their food. For accessibility, the customer and operator touchscreen controls are integrated into the unit’s center and feature a large, 10-inch surface. To match common restaurant and fast food business decor, this food locker is black. Though it comes with a wall bracket, mounting hardware is not included, and overall, it measures 44.13 inches wide by 14.27 inches deep by 49.57 inches high.
