Hatco CWBX-3 45″ Drop-In Refrigerator w/ (3) Pan Capacity, Remote

For holding prechilled foods at safe temperatures on food bars or serving lines, the Hatco CWBX-3 drop-in food well’s cold-wall construction uses R-513A refrigerant. This unit’s coil placement and angled interior wall let cool air uniformly blanket displayed food pans to eliminate warm spots that could affect product quality. To retain generated temperatures in warm ambient settings, its sides and base are insulated. With the electronic control panel, employees can adjust temperatures as menus change and initiate automatic defrost.

Because the Hatco CWBX-3 remote refrigerated food well doesn’t include a condensing unit, it can be incorporated into multi-food-well configurations. Its electronic control features 9-foot-long probe wires that enable installation in a more convenient location. Able to accommodate three full-size food pans, this unit measures 45 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 17¹/₂₀ inches tall. It can be dropped into a cutout as large as 44 inches wide by 26 inches deep to create a streamlined, cohesive appearance on food bars. Made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum, this unit matches existing pieces of equipment and other Hatco food wells. Between uses, residual contents can be eliminated through the 1-inch NPT brass drain.
