Hatco CWB-S4
The Hatco CWB-S4 slim drop-in well can accommodate four full-size food pans positioned lengthwise to provide various product offerings on food bars and buffet tables. For a classic appearance, its 901/4-inch-wide by 1847/50-inch-deep by 261/25-inch-tall body can be installed in a cutout as large as 8911/50 inches wide by 1747/50 inches deep. To ease installation, its condensing unit can be rotated by 180 degrees or repositioned to the left in 443/50-inch increments. Its aluminized steel housing resists corrosion, simplifies cleaning, provides lasting durability, and matches other Hatco wells.
To create an appropriate holding environment for various prechilled items, operators can adjust the Hatco CWB-S4 refrigerated food well’s temperatures with the corresponding electronic control. Its cold-wall construction uses R-513A refrigerant to ensure food remains fresh without drying out. To promote uniform chilling, its features precisely positioned coils and an angled interior wall that lets cool air blanket the pans. Eco-friendly insulated is integrated into the base and sides to preserve temperatures while reducing energy consumption. To eliminate unsightly ice buildup that could affect product quality, this unit features an automatic defrost mechanism that’s activated through the electronic controller.
