Hatco CWB-S1
To fit compact food bars and enhance accessibility, the Hatco CWB-S1 refrigerated slim food well is a top-mount, drop-in unit measuring 273/50 inches wide by 1847/50 inches deep by 331/2 inches tall. This unit can be dropped into a cutout as small as 2511/50 inches wide by 173/50 inches deep or as large as 263/50 inches wide by 1747/50 inches deep. Great for displaying prechilled appetizers, entrees, or desserts, it accommodates one full-size food pan. Its aluminized steel housing complements other Hatco food wells while providing lasting durability and corrosion resistance, and to ease cleaning between uses, it’s equipped with a 1-inch NPT brass drain.
Built with a cold-wall construction and eco-friendly insulation, the Hatco CWB-S1 cold food well can hold foods at safe temperatures in warm ambient settings. As menus change, operators can set temperature with the electronic temperature control, and the automatic defrost can be activated to eliminate unsightly ice buildup. The unit’s angled interior wall design lets cool air uniformly blanket the pan, reducing the risk of warm spots that could affect product temperatures. The included condensing unit features service valves, a sight glass, a dryer/filter, and a receiver to streamline operational oversight. To adjust venting and enhance installation flexibility, the condensing unit can be rotated 180 degrees. Staff can pull out its long, flexible refrigerant line to perform maintenance.
