Hatco CWB-6
The Hatco CWB-6 drop-in refrigerated well’s condensing unit operates with R-513A refrigerant so prechilled foods are displayed in a food-safe environment. Its angled interior wall allows cool air to blanket the displayed food pans for uniform cooling, while its eco-friendly insulation preserves generated chill in warm settings, reducing energy loss. So operators can adjust the unit’s temperatures as needed, it’s equipped with an advanced electronic controller that can be installed remotely or on either side of the condensing unit. To preserve product quality and maintain a clean display, these controls also feature an automatic defrost. This well is built with a sight glass, service valves, a dryer/filter, a receiver to ease maintenance, and its long, flexible refrigerant line can pull out the condensing unit for convenient access.
For a sleek, recessed appearance on buffet lines, the Hatco CWB-6 food well can be dropped into a cutout as large as 83 inches wide by 26 inches deep. To ease installation, its condenser can be mounted between the center of the well and the evaporator coil connections, and it can be rotated 90 or 190 degrees. Its aluminized steel construction complements other Hatco food wells and is durable, corrosion-resistant, and simple to wipe clean. This 84-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 251/2-inch-tall unit accommodates six 12-inch by 20-inch food pans-great for merchandising various appetizers, entrees, sides, or desserts.
