Globe GPGS1410 Description
The Globe GPGS1410 panini press has a body made of stainless steel, which resists scratches and rust. The plates are constructed of seasoned cast iron to withstand heavy use. Because the upper plate is grooved-while the low plate is smooth-the unit only produces grill marks on the tops of sandwiches. Housed in a stainless steel tube, the electrical wiring is protected from damage. A strong spring hinge has adjustable tension, changing how quickly it moves up and down. An on/off switch controls operation and the temperature is thermostatically controlled with a range between 220 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Nonskid, rubber feet keep the panini grill in place.
