Garland X36-6S
The Garland X36-6S commercial gas range has six burners that put out 30,000 BTU each. Keeping up with customer demands, this gives chefs the ability to run several different pots or skillets at once. To ensure heat is effectively and efficiently transferred, the burners are cast iron and have cast iron grates. A backguard catches rangetop splashes and keeps them from hitting the wall, while a shelf over the cooking area can hold toppings, seasonings, and other items important to the cooking process.
So it can be used by kitchen staff to store additional items for foodservice equipment, the base of the Garland X36-6S restaurant range is open. Keeping items in the base above the level of dirt and food debris on the floor, the cabinet is elevated off the floor on 6-inch legs. Because the front and sides are stainless steel, they resist rusting, denting, and scratching.
