The Garland SHDUIN10000 drop-in induction cooktop is controlled by a rotary remote on an attached control panel. Depending on the type of food being cooked, users can choose between 12 different power settings for the two burners. This unit transfers heat to a pan instantly, and when the pan is removed, it shuts off automatically to prevent overheating. Using induction technology, this unit ensures that hot air doesn’t escape to the surrounding environment.

To protect the electrical components, the Garland SHDUIN10000 commercial induction cooktop has an integral cooling fan. It uses special RTCSmp technology to monitor the real-time temperature, ensuring proper levels depending on need. Electronic output limitation provides efficient energy transfer by constantly monitoring how much energy is being sent to the pan.
