Garland SCO-ES-20S SunFire Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven – 20.8 kW, 208v/1ph

Because the Garland SCO-ES-20S Sunfire double convection oven is constructed of durable stainless steel, it combats rust, dings, and scratches. Its doors are solid, so they retain heat well, and for quick opening, each set has one vertical handle. Oven racks inside the cooking chambers are chrome plated to resist wear and the interior surfaces are porcelain enameled to prevent food sticking. Corners are coved, meaning they are round instead of sharp and are unlikely to trap food.

This Garland SCO-ES-20S electric convection oven is equipped with 10 oven racks in total. Each rack can be raised or lowered on the guides to accommodate different food sizes. For even baking, a fan moves hot air around each chamber, cooking product on all sides. Settings can be modified using simple controls on the front, including rotary temperature knobs and timer knobs.
