Garland MIR-34C
Designed to broil steaks, heat cast iron platters, and brown dishes, the Garland MIR-34C gas salamander broiler has powerful infrared burners that typically reach higher temperatures than radiant alternatives. Each burner has a high/low control valve, and cooks can adjust the heat intensity further by raising or lowering the rack, which has three position options and a user-friendly lowering mechanism. A grease pan in the unit catches drips and can be removed and cleaned. This broiler sits on the countertop on 4-inch legs.
